We believe in investing in our people. This comes in many forms. When you join us, you’ll have a personalised induction plan, which will not only introduce you to the company but also ensure that you have the full range of skills required to proved a fantastic service. We’ll talk regularly about how you’re feeling in your work and the part you want to play as our organisation grows, providing training and support to help you to develop additional skills and experience along the way.

“Changing Lives has helped me change my life… I have been provided with lots of support and encouragement, but have been able to gradually build my own way, in my own time.”
Melanie Angus, Assistant Support Worker

We appreciate the tremendous dedication of our Changing Lives colleagues. This huge team of people often go well beyond the call of duty to support our clients. We will do everything we can to support you in your role, whether this be through formal supervision sessions, or informal one-to-ones.

Should you ever need it, we’ll also be able to offer you support through occupational health, our employee welfare service, or our staff counselling scheme. All of these services are entirely confidential and provided free of charge.

???????????????????????????????“I am incredibly proud of the people who work in our organisation. Our values play a really important part in our work and guide the way we behave not only with the people we work with, but also with each other. We are a passionate, honest and diverse organisation, committed to respecting and empowering people. Our company is about supporting people at difficult times in their lives and our values reflect who we are and how we do things.”
