Supporting you

We appreciate the tremendous dedication of our Changing Lives colleagues. This huge team of people often go well beyond the call of duty to support our clients. We will do everything we can to support you in your role, whether this be through formal supervision sessions, or informal one-to-ones.

Should you ever need it, we’ll also be able to offer you support through occupational health, our employee welfare service, or our staff counselling scheme. All of these services are entirely confidential and provided free of charge.
