You will have demonstrable experience as a practitioner supporting socially disadvantaged and vulnerable people, with significant experience of training delivery and facilitation of groups. As well as the ability to empower, develop and motivate others. You should understand Learning and Development methodologies in relation to training delivery and evaluation and, above all, our work with clients with multiple complex needs.

About the job
The focus of the role is the delivery of Core training for colleagues across Changing Lives. This may include, for example: Professional Boundaries and Self Care; Understanding Trauma; Risk Assessment and Managing Risk; Motivational Interviewing; Equality, Diversity and Inclusion; Mental Health or Safeguarding. This involves the delivery of assigned sessions or co-facilitation with nominated in-house trainers utilising a range of delivery methods, ensuring inclusivity and engagement. It also includes maintaining high quality resources and session plans, regularly reviewing evaluations, and taking an opportunity-driven approach to making updates to training content or redesigning materials. As well as, leading and facilitating meetings with in-house trainers to drive quality and consistency.
