About you

Experience of supporting socially disadvantaged and vulnerable people. NVQ level 2 in Social Care or equivalent appropriate qualification. Understanding of how to work within professional boundaries. Willing to work in cooperation with team members. Commitment to equality and diversity and understanding of how to work within professional boundaries.

About the job

To work with Changing Lives clients in order to improve their quality of life and to deliver an excellent service for our clients in line with the organisation’s mission, service goals, values and associated regulations, guidance and legislature. Work with clients on a one-to-one basis and provide them with a plan to identify their needs and agree on how best to meet them. To work with the clients and other recognised people such as family members and/or other professionals to meet agreed goals. Supporting clients to make best use of local services and amenities to meet their identified needs. Assist clients to access personal development opportunities.
