Do you want to work for an organisation that helps people build brighter futures for themselves and their families?

About us

The Northern Inclusion Consortium is comprised of four leading North East charities; Changing Lives, DISC, Groundwork NE & Cumbria, and Mental Health Concern, each with a well-established commitment to delivering community-based services for people with complex needs. These founding organisations have built an effective partnership, based on shared values, ethics, and culture. We believe that third sector organisations in this region and elsewhere have huge potential to play an increasing role in provision.
