About the job

This is a new and exciting addition to the team in York, playing an important role in the continued development and provision of volunteer services within interlinked projects.

As a Volunteer Co-ordinator, you will assess and support Changing Lives service needs through the recruitment, placement and retention of volunteers. You will work closely within the Housing and Addictions services in York, supporting the development and provision of existing projects with essential volunteer support. You will play an integral role in developing clear pathways for people to volunteer at our services as well as identifying opportunities for people who have accessed the services to volunteer to encourage and support their recovery journey.
