Help Me Make a Home

We need your help in Middlesbrough to make a house into a home for previously homeless clients.

We would be extremely grateful to receive donations of simple household items, such as bedding, curtains and kitchen essentials (unfortunately we cannot accept electrical items or large items of furniture).

Recovery North Yorkshire

Changing Lives have recently opened a new service in North Yorkshire called ‘North Yorkshire Horizons’, working in partnership with Developing Initiatives Supporting Communities (DISC), The Cambridge Centre, Spectrum and Lifeline.

The service offers five ‘hubs’ which are based throughout North Yorkshire in Scarborough, Harrogate, Northallerton, Selby, and Skipton.

Changing Lives receives 50% of opening day takings

Raji Thomas, owner of Malabar Fusion Indian Restaurant in Sunderland, donated 50% of his opening day takings on Christmas Eve to Changing Lives Sunderland Outreach.

Changing Lives kindly received a cheque for £200 and a £10 donation from a generous member of the public.

Our outreach teams work out in our local communities to help people sleeping rough get in touch with services, or reconnect with help after long periods of exclusion.
