Role Description

To provide a welcoming first impression to all visitors to the Recovery Centre

Key responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors
  • Offering refreshments
  • Informing staff that visitors have arrived
  • Insuring information in waiting area is up to date
  • Recording client attendance on spread sheet
  • Follow up phone calls to clients as requested by group facilitators
  • IT such as posters and meeting lists
  • Willing to learn and follow policies and procedures appropriate to the recovery centre reception area

Skills, experience and abilities

  • Willing to learn and follow policies and procedures appropriate to the recovery centre reception area
  • Non judgemental
  • Good communication skills
  • Telephone skills
  • IT skills
  • Friendly and outgoing
  • Good sense of humournterest or empathy with the work of the Northumberland Recovery Partnership

Expected hours/times

Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 4.00pm. This is of course flexible dependent on yours and the project’s needs.
