Changing Lives for better futures.

Changing Lives provides specialist support services for thousands of vulnerable people and their families, every month. Through our pioneering and innovative work we help people to make positive, lasting changes in their lives.

Although we began as a homeless charity, today we work with people suffering all types of social exclusion by reaching out in to communities across the country. We offer specialist support services for women and families,  dedicated recovery centres, temporary and long-term accommodation opportunities, and employment and volunteering opportunities.

Health and Well-being

Health and Well-being

Changing Lives Health and Well-Being service provides professional support to people in local communities whose daily lives are affected by a long-term health condition. We aim to help people take control of their health condition, rather than be controlled by it to lead a more positive and happier life.
