Introduction to the Service

We support men and women who have children under 18 within Newcastle upon Tyne. We take a whole family holistic approach to achieve positive outcomes for our clients. To be referred in to our project you must meet the following criteria;

Be living within Newcastle upon Tyne.

Have children living under 18. We may be able to help if the children are above this age they have Special Educational Needs or a learning/physical disability.

If you do not meet our criteria we are happy to discuss your issues and signpost you to where is relevant for your situation.

Please note; at this time we are unable to help with initial Universal Credit applications due to time constraints. Please use Help To Claim and visit Citizen's Advice, Newcastle City Library, 4th Floor for help to claim.
