Introduction to Service
Francis House is a safe and secure 11-bed supported accommodation for vulnerable women aged 18 years and over, who are considered medium to high risk.
These women will face issues around offending, alcohol and/or drug misuse, homelessness, domestic abuse and are open to exploitation.
We have one communal kitchen, three communal bathrooms and offer individual single furnished bedrooms.
There are staff on-site during the day and evenings to support residents with day-to-day living and help them work towards their goals.

We offer:
- Allocated key worker and weekly sessions
- One-to-one support tailored to suit individual needs
- Support around money management, welfare benefits and daily living skills
- Support with housing applications and the process to secure independent living
- Signposting to appropriate agencies

Referrals are via Newcastle Housing Advice Centre which is situated at 112 Pilgrim Street, Newcastle upon Tyne. Telephone: 0191 277 1711.
