Changing Lives is part of Moving On Tyne & Wear, which brings together a partnership of 18 well-respected specialist, voluntary, public and private sector organisations to support people with health issues and people who experienced some of life's toughest challenges. We operate in Gateshead.

• Intensive one-to-one support to enable people to address their issues, build resilience, improve wellbeing, tackle barriers to employment and better coordinate access to existing services
