Podcast Launch - My CMS

At Changing Lives we talk about what recovery means, a lot. We know that with the right support and with connection to family, friends and local community, people can break free from life limiting addictions. But we also know that recovery can be challenging, and the recovery system can create additional barriers for people looking for support.

So we decided that we needed to talk about recovery even more, and with more people! Which is why we’re excited to announce that we are launching Changing Lives’ Recovery Talks – a brand new podcast series all about what recovery means to us and our incredible guests.

Series 1 of Recovery Talks launches today (Monday 20th Sept), with a second series planned to be early next year. We have some amazing guests on series one, who will be talking about everything from men and recovery, to women in the criminal justice service and recovery, to spirituality and trauma.

The conversations that have taken place are open and honest. Everyone’s experience of recovery is different and we want to bring these experiences out into the open.

Episodes will be released every Monday and can be found on iTunes, on Spotify, Anchor, as well as your usual podcast streaming platform. Just search for Changing Lives’ Recovery Talks.

We would love it if you could tune in. And if you like what you hear, why not subscribe and leave us a review? It might help someone that needs to hear it, discover Recovery Talks.
