SH001 – Housing Management Team Lead

Location: York Status: Full Time Hours Per Week: 37 hours per week Salary: £24,500 per annum Closing Date: 1st March 2019 Interview Date: 6th March 2019

About you         

Do you have experience of working in a supported housing environment? Do you have experience and/or willingness to work with clients who may demonstrate challenging behaviour? Do you have supervisory/management skills?

Do you have up to date knowledge of key Health and Safety legislation relevant to the post? Do you have strong organisational skills? Do you have excellent time management skills?

Do you have the ability to form good working relationships with contractors, landlords and suppliers? Do you have commitment to detail, ensuring all work is accurate, concise and understandable? Do you have use of own initiative and investigation skills when approaching repairs and maintenance? Do you have commitment to the values of Changing Lives?

About the job

This role is for a Team Leader to manage the Housing Management Team who work in the shared properties to provide good quality accommodation to individuals we support. Develop and implement the planned refurbishment/ standardisation of York properties. Ensuring compliance on all health and safety requirements.
