4,793 people sleep rough on UK streets every night. This September, we want you to help us achieve something extraordinary: cover a collective 24,901 miles, the entire circumference of the Earth, in just seven days.
At Changing lives we deliver direct, front line support to those facing the challenges of homelessness.
In 2025, Changing Lives supported 14,572 people to take positive steps towards stability and independence.
