Financial reports and corporate publications
Below are our last three Annual Reports which contain further details of our governance, current and future aspirations, and achievements to date. Our annual reports include our audited Financial Statement prepared in compliance with the United Kingdom Accounting Standards and the Companies Act 2006.
Gender Pay Gap Reporting
Gender pay reporting legislation requires employers with 250 employees or more to publish calculations every year showing how large the pay gap is between their male and female employees.
Changing Lives employ a high proportion of female staff, including a large number in senior roles. Our gender pay report is therefore favourable. We are committed to equal opportunities across all protected characteristics and beyond, including people’s lived experience of the services we provide.
