Introduction to Service
Through our Changing Lives Westminster: Next Steps Supported Accommodation, we appropriately support people to gain independence, experience improved health and wellbeing, access education, employment and training and transition into longer term more stable accommodation.
Our team works together to provide high-quality, trauma-informed support to adults experiencing homelessness across Westminster. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful and empowering environment where individuals can rebuild confidence, improve their wellbeing and move towards sustained independence. Through collaboration, consistency and person-centred support, we aim to help each individual achieve long-term stability and positive life outcomes.
We Offer
- Accommodation-based support
- 58 bedspaces across six properties
- Three 24/7 staffed sites and three satellite step-downs units
Am I eligible?
We support Men and Women 18+ who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Westminster.
Accessing the service
The referrals will be made by (not exclusively) Probation, Housing Solutions Service, Adult Social Care, Street Outreach Teams and Statutory Mental Health Services.
