Introduction to Service

Durham Dispersed provides 30 high quality supported accommodation properties across County Durham for adults and families.

The core aim of the service is to empower residents to increase their independence, sustain accommodation, and progress toward long term housing stability through a high quality, person centred support offer.

We Offer

The service offers a combined model of 15 assessment centre placements and 15 longer term supported properties, enabling residents to receive the right level of support at the right stage of their journey.

Support is delivered by a dedicated team, who together provide tailored housing management and personalised support. The core aim of the service is to empower residents to increase their independence, sustain accommodation, and progress toward long term housing stability through a high quality, person centred support offer.

How to Access

Access to the service is coordinated through the Durham County Housing and Homeless Team following an assessment of need.
