Introduction to Service
Open House is a 26 bed direct access hostel for single persons, mixed gender. Support offered is around stabilising a person who has experienced homelessness.
We support people who are considered vulnerable and often with multiple and complex needs such as mental health and substance misuse.
Key Information
We offer:
- Secure and safe accommodation
- Support to stabilise and settle following a period of homelessness
- Resettlement and move on support
- Client Engagement in the local and wider community
- Access to health care, education and social integration
How to access
All referrals are received Doncaster Council Single Point of Access or via the Changing Lives Outreach Team. If you need support, get in touch with Doncaster Council on 01302 736000 Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00. Outside of the hours, contact 01302 737199.
