The Sheiling
Housing and Homelessness
Introduction to Service
The Sheiling is a 5-bed supported accommodation service, based in Washington. Within the service we support young women aged 18-25 years to become flourishing people and to overcome the interconnected problems that lead them to access our services. We support our young people to access services to meet their emotional and mental health needs and to achieve their aspirations and goals in relations to education, training or employment. We aim to support young people to move into their own tenancies through helping them to develop their independent living skills.
