We have an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) panel that meet on a regular basis to ensure we are achieving our aim of developing and maintaining a culture of fairness, dignity and respect.
We ask new employees to our organisation to complete an equal opportunities monitoring form. This is anonymous and voluntary, however, the information we ask for goes towards helping us ensure we are an inclusive employer by monitoring diversity in the workplace.
Gender Pay Report
Gender pay reporting legislation requires employers with 250 employees or more to publish calculations every year showing how large the pay gap is between their male and female employees. Changing Lives employ a high proportion of female staff, including a large number in senior roles. Our gender pay report is therefore favourable.
