Introduction to Service
CFO Evolution is a comprehensive service for the diverse needs of people in prison and on probation to help reduce reoffending. The holistic approach integrates the previous CFO3 and CFO Activity Hub services into a single cohesive programme.
Delivered by HMPPS Creating Future Opportunities.
Key Information
The service aims are:
- Increasing engagement – connecting with people traditionally unable or unwilling to engage with existing or mainstream services
- Sustaining engagement – enhancing resilience, developing skills, and providing practical support.
- Filling the gaps – identifying and addressing gaps in existing provisions.
This programme is delivered by HMPSS CFO.
We offer two courses from our CFO Activity Hubs. You can join one or both at any time. Each session is open to everyone.
Saffron (5 weeks, 2 hours per week)
- Safer sex working
- Sexual health and wellbeing
- Healthy relationships
Chrysalis (6 weeks, 2 hours per week)
- Emotional resilience
- Hope and identity
- Hope and positive self
- Life skills and assertiveness

Am I eligible?
This service supports women, aged 18+ based in the West or East Midlands who are on a Custody or Community license.
