Introduction to Service

In South Yorkshire, Changing Lives works in partnership with Together Women and Grow to support women within the Criminal Justice System (CJS).

Specialist Workers provide holistic support and deliver therapeutic interventions in the community and Custody-based Practitioners specialise in providing accommodation support.

The support we offer is tailored to support vulnerable women whilst on licence and within custody (Newhall Prison). Eligible women are 18+ and have either a community sentence or two years or less left to serve on their licence.

We work closely with multiple organisations to deliver a range of support that may be required to help the women create a life away from criminal activity and pursue future goals. Women can also take courses to support their personal development.
