Changing Lives’ Annual Golf Day raises thousands to help change lives - My CMS

We are delighted that our recent Golf Day has raised an amazing £3,400 for Changing Lives. This year we celebrated our fifteenth Golf Day and we were thrilled to welcome seventeen teams on the day.

Individuals and businesses from across the North East rounded up their golf clubs and took to the course on Friday 7th June at The Bridle Path, Gosforth Golf Club in support of Changing Lives.

Stephen Bell, Chief Executive at Changing Lives, said:

“We are thrilled that such a fantastic amount was raised at our annual Golf Day. We had a brilliant day and we’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who supported the event and took part. We’d like to say a special thank you to our sponsors Technology Services Group (TSG), Cellular Solutions, Brewin Dolphin, and Environtec for their kind support. It’s only through the generosity of our local communities that we are able to continue to help people make meaningful changes to their lives.”

The money raised from this year’s event will be used to fund services to help victims of personal crises, such as rough sleeping, homelessness, substance misuse, sexual exploitation and violence to build a positive future for themselves, their families and their local communities.
