Northern Inclusion Consortium (NIC) delivers the Step Forward Tees Valley programme across the Tees Valley Area; it is an exciting programme delivered across the five local authority areas of the Tees Valley, and aims to support people experiencing barriers and complex needs move closer toward work and training opportunities.

Step Forward Tees Valley is an £8.8 million programme, jointly-funded by the Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund until September 2019, as part of their Building Better Opportunities programme.

The NIC is looking to appoint a service provider to deliver a female-specific service across the five Tees Valley local authority areas (Darlington, Stockton, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland).
