About the job
As a Project Lead, we would like you to join our strong and ambitious team to oversee the day-to-day responsibility for managing our supported accommodation service (or small cluster of services) to achieve positive, sustainable outcomes for people entering the service, enabling them to take control and thrive.
To manage a team of senior project/support workers, providing regular structured support to the team. This will include performance management, coaching, learning, development and welfare.
