You should have an understanding of working with multiple need clients. Possess an NVQ level 3 in Social Care or equivalent appropriate qualification. Experience of supporting socially disadvantaged and vulnerable people, as well as experience and/or willingness to work with individuals who may demonstrate challenging behaviour. Experience of building positive relationships with external agencies. NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.

About the job
To work with individuals in order to improve their quality of life and to deliver an excellent service for people engaged with Changing Lives in line with the organisation’s mission, service goals, values and associated regulations, guidance and legislature.
Carry out a range of tasks to ensure the highest standard of the building management, tasks involve cleaning and turnaround of rooms is done within specified timescale, daily room checks, weekly building checks, general cleaning tasks.
To respond to any anti-social behaviour, incidents or disruption on the premises or within the local community as well as contributing to the protection of individuals from abuse, and support people when they are distressed.
