Working for Changing Lives
Changing Lives is an organisation driven by shared vision and values. We seek to recruit people who share our values and are committed to making a difference to people’s lives. Read more below about our approach and what we offer.
Make an impact
One of the best things about working for Changing Lives is the opportunity to contribute to life-changing work with vulnerable people.
Over 14,000 people used our services last year, including people experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, life-threatening addictions, long-term unemployment, and more.
All of our colleagues – whether working in frontline services or in a support role – are part of a network of life-changers, supporting people to overcome extreme personal challenges to live happier, safer and more fulfilling lives.
Work for Changing Lives and you can be part of the bigger picture. Part of an organisation that helps people achieve amazing things.
And if that isn’t enough, we also have a great range of employee benefits too.

We believe in investing in our people. This comes in many forms.
When you join us, you will have a personalised induction plan, which will not only introduce you to ways we work but also ensure that you have the full range of knowledge you’ll need to provide a fantastic service.
We will talk regularly about how you are feeling in your work and the part you want to play as our organisation grows. A suite of core training and support to help you develop additional skills and experience along the way is provided for all our people. Our core training suite is just one of the many benefits of working for Changing Lives.
How we will support you
We appreciate the tremendous dedication of our Changing Lives colleagues. This huge team of people often go well beyond the call of duty to support our clients.
In exchange, we will do everything we can to support you in your role, whether this be through formal supervision or informal one to ones.
Should you ever need it, we will also be able to offer you support through occupational health, our employee welfare service, or our counselling.
